Production Lead Times

Production turnaround for custom graphics depends on your artwork approval. We typically send proofs within one business day of receiving your artwork.

For Timely Production:

• Artwork approval deadline: 12:00 PM EST
• Example: Artwork submitted Monday by 10:00 AM -> Proof Tuesday by 10:00 AM -> Approve by Tuesday by 12:00 PM for production to start Wednesday.
• Late approvals (after 12:00 PM Tuesday) delay production to Thursday.

Important:

• Not responding to the proof approval email by the deadline may incur rush service fees or missed deadlines.
• Signage Buzz is not liable for delays caused by carriers. Delivery becomes the carrier's responsibility upon shipment.
