Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms

  • A five (5) business day window exists following signed delivery confirmation to report any shipping damage. Claims reported outside this timeframe will be handled under our standard warranty terms, which may categorize them as warranty issues.
  • Signage Buzz guarantees the quality and functionality of its products under conditions of proper use, as defined in the accompanying user instructions.
  • Our warranty encompasses general wear and tear, along with repairs or replacements for manufacturing or assembly defects. Exclusions include damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, destruction, loss, theft, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, or acts of nature.
  • In the event of a warranty dispute, Signage Buzz retains the sole discretion to determine the nature and cause of the damage, as well as the appropriate warranty resolution.

Warranty Period

Signage Buzz warrants this product to be free from material and workmanship defects for one year from the original invoice date, under normal residential use. If a defect arises during this time, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair the product or replace it with a refurbished one of equal value, free of charge. However, you will be responsible for any expedited shipping and insurance costs.

Warranty Exclusions

Signage Buzz wants you to be happy with your product! However, our warranty cannot cover everything. Here's what's not included:

  • Damage from improper use, wear and tear, or shipping accidents.
  • Natural disasters like fire, floods, or lightning strikes.
  • Delays in reporting defects or taking steps to minimize damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications, power issues, repairs, or disregarding instructions.
  • Damage to connectors, cables, or cosmetic defects caused by the customer.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or deliberate cosmetic damage.

Standard Warranty

Should you experience any difficulties with a product during the warranty period, our customer service department is happy to assist you. We will inquire about the nature of the product malfunction through standard questions to determine the most suitable course of action. If a return is authorized, kindly ensure all returns are sent to Signage Buzz within ten (10) days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Out of Warranty

Signage Buzz is committed to your signage success, even beyond the warranty. If your product experiences a malfunction after the warranty period, don't worry! Contact our technical support team.
